The Brass "Harrys" Internet Oscars were established by Andy Wooler in 1998.

Categories included: Best band association web site -- Best band trade related web site -- Best commercial use of a brass band web site -- Best commercially produced band website -- Best non-commercially produced band website -- Most entertaining band website -- Most positive contribution to promoting the movement on the internet.

Sadly the awards only lasted a few years before the "real" Oscars demanded the name no longer be used. However, in that brief period, the Harrogate Band and IBEW websites obtained the following awards:
