Goff Richards has lent his support by writing a piece of music dedicated to the Children's hospice. 'A Special Place' will be heard for the first time at this venue. This concert is part of the on going efforts of the 'Banding together' appeal which is asking all brass bands in the south west area to make the Children's hospice south west a beneficiary of a concert, carol playing or any other special event.
